Your order normally takes 1 to 2 days before you receive it. Orders placed before 4:00 PM on Monday to Saturday can be shipped with PostNL on the same day. Orders placed on Sundays and on all days after 4:00 PM are immediately packed and sent with the next day's shipment. PostNL delivers packages from Monday to Saturday and letterbox packages from Tuesday to Saturday. This may mean that a letterbox package ordered on Friday after 4:00 PM will only be delivered on Tuesday.

Have you accidentally ordered the wrong size or color? By contacting us, we can easily help you exchange the item or cancel the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

You can easily register your return yourself by clicking on your track and trace code.

This will take you directly to your returns portal and you can register your return and hand it in to a shipper near you. You cannot return worn or damaged items or items that smell of perfume / smell of sweat / or other odors that show that the item is no longer in new condition.

You will receive a shipping confirmation by email, which will also contain the track and trace with which you can continue to track your order.

These may be blocked by the spam filter of your email program. We recommend that you check your spam box of your email. Perhaps our order confirmation ended up there. If you cannot find the email there, please contact our customer service.

It is possible that the item you want to order is currently out of stock, but will be restocked on our website soon. We advise you to keep an eye on our social media for these updates! Unfortunately, products from our sample sale are no longer restocked.

With Google Pay or Apple Pay, users can easily link their own debit card to an Android smartphone in the Wallet app. They can then make contactless payments in stores and web shops.

Complete your order and choose Pay as the payment method, after which your payment cards will be opened. Confirm your identity with Face ID or Touch ID and payment will be made immediately

After you confirm your order, you will receive an email with the information and track and trace code of your order.

Select your card type and fill in your card details. Click on 'next', this will take you to the 'check order & send' page. After you confirm your order, you will receive an email with the information and track and trace code of your order.

Unfortunately, it may happen that we have sent the wrong color or size.

We would like to ask you to contact our customer service so that we can solve this for you immediately!

We work together with Post-nl and they offer the following options.

They will return with your order the next working day

The order will be delivered to the neighbors

The order is ready at a Post-NL point near you.

If you want to return your ordered item(s), you are responsible for returning it and will bear the return shipping costs. The costs of returns depend on the shipping partner you choose.

If a return is made outside of the stated 14 days, we may hold the item(s) and/or not refund at all. For a rejected return, the costs for returning the package are for the customer.

At Donder we stand for quality, which also means a flexible warranty policy when it comes to the quality and manufacturing of our products. If there is something wrong with one of our products, please contact us. We would be happy to see what we can do for you.

Defects not covered by the warranty:

If the product is defective due to normal wear and tear, we unfortunately cannot reimburse this.

Complaints for which we cannot offer compensation are:

Normal wear and tear

Due to incorrect or intensive use

Excessive perspiration

Stains and discoloration of clothing

Pilling of clothes

Defects are caused by washing or drying

Defects are caused by external influences, such as friction, sharp objects or chemicals

Defects in water and windproofness of clothing, unless strictly stated in the product description in our webshop.
