  • Preemie: Sizes 38 and 44 (almost sold out)
  • Individual sizes: 50 to 104
  • New newborn collection (coming soon!): 50 to 86

Kids Collection (Baby, Toddler & Child)

  • Size groups: 50/56, 62/68, 74/80, 86/92, 98/104, 110/116, 122/128, 134/140, 146/152
  • Maximum size: 146/152, but from this size onwards, children can try an adult size S.

Donder's sizes generally align with the larger number in the size range. If your child is between two sizes, the smaller size group will still fit comfortably due to the stretch, while the larger one will provide extra room.

Donder's size groups lean toward the larger size in the range. Thanks to the stretch, children can often wear a size down. For example, a child just entering size 74 can still wear 62/68 but with a snugger fit. If they are between 68 and 74, the smaller size group will still fit well, while 74/80 will be roomier.

Frequently Asked Questions About Sizing

General Questions and Answers

How do I know which size to choose for my baby?

Measure your baby’s length and check the size chart. If your baby is between two sizes, opt for the smaller size for a snug fit or the larger size for extra room to grow.

What size baby clothes match which age?

This varies per baby, but on average:

  • Size 50 for newborns
  • Size 56 for 1-2 months
  • Size 62 for 2-4 months
  • Size 68 for 4-6 months
Check our size chart for a full breakdown.

What’s the difference between size 50 and size group 50/56?

Size 50 is a single size, while 50/56 is a size group that leans toward 56. This means a baby just fitting into size 50 can still wear 50/56, but with a slightly looser fit.

How do Donder sizes compare to other brands?

Donder sizes generally fit true to size, with a slight stretch, allowing them to last longer.

10 Extra Tips for Choosing the Right Size

  1. Don’t buy too much in the smallest sizes – Babies grow quickly, and some sizes are only worn for a short time.
  2. Measure your baby regularly – Growth spurts can quickly change their size.
  3. Consider the seasons – Buying too far ahead can be tricky as sizes are hard to predict.
  4. When in doubt, size up – Donder’s stretchy fabrics ensure longer wear.
  5. Check fit per product – Some items may fit differently, but we indicate this when necessary.
